Head of Compliance
Kathryn
I manage the Compliance Team and I'm responsible for making sure all homes are safe. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in housing and compliance. I previously worked in one of the biggest hospitals in the UK.
When I'm not at work you can usually find me walking the dog, caravanning on the Welsh Coast, or crafting at my local community club.
Gas Compliance Administrator
Ruth
I'm a Gas Compliance Administrator, which means I'm responsible for all the admin of the gas servicing. I help to update records, raise work orders, and process payments.
When I'm not at work I enjoy long walks in the countryside with my two dogs and adventures by the sea.
Compliance Surveyor
Rosanna
I'm a Compliance Surveyor. Everyone is lovely to work with and are very helpful. I work with Jenna, and between us, we will ensure the work carried out by our contractors is safe and compliant. We look at fire safety, electrical safety, gas safety, asbestos testing, legionella testing, and much more. I enjoy the site visits where we carry out audits and meet our wonderful residents.
Outside of work, I look after my two small children, a dog, three chickens, and a hamster. I enjoy walks and day trips too.
Electrical Compliance Administrator

I'm a Compliance Administrator and I help to make sure all homes have their five-year electrical safety inspections. I previously worked for a local energy provider for over 13 years where I worked my way up from admin to team manager, so I have lots of experience and knowledge about electricity safety.
Facilities Management Compliance Administrator

I'm the facilities management administrator. I'm responsible for arranging the services and remedial works for things like fire alarm systems, extinguishers, PAT testing and laundry equipment. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and walking my dog Pablo.
Asbestos and Legionella Compliance Administrator

I'm a Compliance Administrator responsible for making sure all asbestos and legionella checks have been completed in your home. You might recognise me as I was previously a Customer Service Advisor, so you might have spoken to me before! When I'm not at work I volunteer in my local library and help run a Rainbow's group. I love woodland walks, sewing, and visiting museums.
Fire Safety Compliance Administrator

I'm a Compliance Administrator making sure that all fire safety checks have been completed to keep you safe at home. If you need any help or advice about fire safety, just get in touch and I can help. Outside of work I take care of my family, I have 9 children so they keep me busy! I enjoy spending as much time as I can with friends and regularly go to comedy clubs.
