This month, we’ve been busy listening to your feedback, improving our services and supporting our communities. We’ve launched our new customer information hub, made changes following feedback from our Repairs Focus Group, continued neighbourhood walkabouts and shared important fire safety advice. Across Honeycomb Group, Revival, Glow and Concrete have been helping people stay independent, find safety and support, build healthy relationships and move towards a more secure future. We’ve also launched Staffordshire Together, celebrated community activities and said a fond farewell to our Executive Director of Operations, Mary Walker, after five fantastic years.
