About Rowan Village
At Rowan Village you can live the life you want to. You can be as private as you like in your own apartment with your own front door, while in the village there’s a range of entertainment and socialising opportunities you can be as involved in the life of the Village as you want to be.

On site facilities and activities
We have lots of facilities and activities on-site, which means you can make the most of village life, and never have to leave if you don't want to.
On-site you can find a shop, restaurant, lounge, meeting room, conservatory, overnight guest room, gym, hairdressing salon, laundry room, beautifully landscaped gardens plus regular entertainment and a newsletter with a 'what's on guide'.
Apartments
The village has over 75 one bed and two bed apartments, for either rent or shared ownership. There is also a range of communal facilities and landscaped gardens to enjoy.
Each apartment has a secure door entry system, double glazing, gas central heating, an emergency 24-hour call system, a fitted kitchen with space for fridge freezer and plumbing for a washing machine with telephone points and TV aerial.
Rowan Village is situated in Meir, Stoke-on-Trent, a small suburb close to Longton.
