Open the door to a tenancy built around you

Our customer portal, Front Door, makes it easier for you to manage your tenancy. You can use Front Door to:

  • Log a repair
  • Keep track of your repair appointments 
  • Get all your rent information and pay your rent 
  • View and change your tenancy details
  • Get in touch with us

There's no app to download. You'll be able to access Front Door on your smartphone, tablet and your PC.

How do I add Front Door to my home screen?

Registering for Front Door is simple. 

  1. Click here to go to Front Door.
  2. Click 'New User? Click here to register'.
  3. Add your first name, last name, email address and tenancy reference number. This needs to match the email address you've given us in the past. If it doesn't work, try making sure it's all lowercase. 
  4. Click 'Register'.

  1. Click here to go to Front Door.
  2. Type your username and your password.
    Your username is your email address, unless you have changed in Front Door. 
  3. Click the 'Sign in' button.

  1. Click here to go to Front Door.
  2. Click 'Forgot password?'
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click submit.
  5. You will get an email will instructions on how to reset your password. If you didn't receive an email:
    • Check your junk folder.
    • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
    • If you're still having troubles, get in touch with us.

You can find your tenancy number on your rent statement.

If you're struggling to find this, get in touch with us and we can tell you what it is. 

You'll need to use the email address that you gave us when signing up for your tenancy, or when you've contacted us.

Sign up/log in to Front Door

Yes. We will never charge you to use Front Door. As it's a website, and not an app, you don't need to download anything either. 

However, you can save it to your smartphone's home screen if you want. 

If you use your smartphone to access Front Door, you can save a quick link to your home screen to make it quicker to access your account.

How you do this depends on what operating system your smartphone uses.

Apple or iOS (iPhone and iPad)

  1. Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Go to Front Door.
  3. Tap the Share icon. (the square with an arrow pointing out of it) at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Scroll down the list of actions and press 'Add to Home Screen'.
    If you don't see it, scroll to the bottom and click 'Edit Actions' then tap Add next to the 'Add to Home Screen' action. After this, try step three again.  
  5. Give your quick link a name, and click either 'Add' or 'Done'. 
  6. The quick link will now appear on the first available space on your home screen. 
  7. To move it like you would any other app, tap and hold the icon, then press 'Edit Home Screen'. You'll now be able to drag it to your desired location.

Android

  1. Launch Google Chrome on your Android device.
  2. Go to Front Door.
  3. Click the three dot icon. This will either be in the top right or bottom right corner.
  4. Select 'Add to Home Screen'.
  5. Edit the title of the icon. 
  6. Press 'Add'. The quick link will now appear on your home screen.
