We are excited to announce Ian Williams, one of the UK's largest independently owned property services companies, will now provide our responsive repairs and voids contract. After listening to feedback and involving residents in the contractor selection process, we set a quality and cost criteria. Ian Williams scored the highest and were the best for both quality and value for money. We believe our shared values of quality homes and reliable, honest communication will help us continue our mission to provide quality, affordable homes throughout Staffordshire and its surrounding areas.
