Have your say on how we're regulated

man and a woman sat down on table and and phone smiling

The Government regulates housing providers like us to make sure we deliver quality homes and services to you, our residents.

One of the ways they do this is by providing consumer standards that clearly set out expectations of us as a landlord, which they then monitor our performance against.

These standards focus on how we deliver on providing safe homes, good relationships with our tenants, safe and well-kept neighbourhoods and how we rent our homes. You can view the standards here

In July the Government announced a review of the standards and recommended changes to give residents like you, better choices and better protections that will allow you to hold us, your landlord, to account. Take a look at the proposed changes here ➜

How does this relate to me?

The Government wants your feedback on the proposed changes to make sure they focus on things that are important to you.

They’re collecting your feedback by asking residents to complete a short online questionnaire that asks whether you agree with the changes.

Along with if you think the changes will make a meaningful difference to you, if landlords will be able to deliver them and if you think the government will be able to regulate landlords using the new standards.

Completing the survey will only take a few minutes. Why not sit down with a cuppa and fill it out here?
