Thank you: your feedback is providing the blueprints to our NEW strategy

Over 150 residents shared their thoughts on our plans to provide quality affordable homes over the next five years.

Last month we invited all of you to provide feedback on the key focus of our five-year corporate strategy.

The campaign was received really well with over 525 of you visiting our webpage to find out more, and 158 responding to the survey.

Surveys like this are just one of the ways we ensure your voice as a customer is able to influence how we provide homes and run our services.

A big thank you to all residents who took the time to respond and find out more. Your interest and involvement with this strategy is greatly appreciated.

This information is vital in making sure our purpose over the next five years is aligned with your needs.

The feedback has now been collated and is going to be shared with our Group’s Executive Team, who will ensure the plan prioritises the areas that you said were important to you.
