Have your say and help us set our vision and priorities for the future
In the summer, we visited over 600 residents from across our homes and communities as part of the customer roadshow. The event was a great success with teams able to ask residents what matters most to them.
Since then, we’ve been reviewing the feedback and have been able to pinpoint where your challenges are, along with where you told us there was room for improvement or opportunity.
From the feedback, we’re now in the process of pulling together a corporate strategy that will propose our direction and focus at Staffs Housing and the wider Honeycomb Group for over the next five years.
We’re hoping the new strategy will focus around three key areas:
- quality affordable homes that are economical to run, safe, and somewhere you feel proud of,
- services that help you break down any barriers to a happy home,
- sustainable, thriving, and well-connected communities that are well managed.
We now need your help!
We’re launching a new survey to ask all our residents for their feedback around what these things look like, so we can tailor the strategy to your needs. For example, what does an economical home or a safe neighbourhood mean to you?
