Say a warm welcome to our new Customer Voice Specialist Laura!

Laura joins Honeycomb Group this month in a BRAND-NEW role that aims to champion your voice across our homes and services. 

She'll be responsible for developing new ways to capture your feedback and making sure it informs everything we plan and deliver and that you remain at the heart of everything we do. 

Laura brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience within the social housing sector, having previously worked as a Customer Liaison Officer specialising in complaints. 

Executive Director of Operations, Mary Walker said: "We're excited to Welcome Laura who will revolutionise our approach to customer involvement, ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do."

"Laura will play a key role in delivering a new customer voice strategy later this year, which will see us looking to engage customers in new and innovative ways. 

"We want our homes and services to continue to meet the needs of our customers, while also being able to respond to the new consumer standards and best practices across the housing and charity sectors." 

Customer Voice Specialist, Laura said: "I'm really looking forward to joining, to use my experience of customer advocacy to support customers and the Groups plans and ambitions for customer involvement."

"Having previously worked in the local area and within the social housing setting, I have a good understanding of the needs and wants of the local communities. 

"My role will be to advocate for customers and ensure our services meet their needs and that we develop a mutual understanding."
