Leaseholder repair responsibilities
As a leaseholder, you are responsible for maintaining and repairing everything inside your property. However, there are some exceptions depending on whether you live in an apartment or a house.

We're excited to let you know that the steel work at Rowan Village has been removed this month, as we've finished the repairs on the building's exterior. There's just a little bit of brickwork left to wrap up, and then the scaffolding will come down later this month. Thanks so much for your patience!

These advanced tools efficiently clear gutters, preventing blockages—all without the need for costly scaffolding. This allows us to tackle more drainage issues throughout the year, completing the work faster and more effectively. By eliminating scaffolding expenses, we’re maximizing cost efficiency while still reaching even the highest gutters with ease.
During Winter 2024, our dedicated gardening teams visited 100 locations to ensure gutters remained clear, helping to prevent leaks, damp, and mould—keeping your home protected through the colder months.
