How we can help
Whether you're experiencing anti-social behaviour, noise nuisance or a hate crime, our team is here to listen and support you. You can use the drop-in sessions to report a new issue, discuss concerns about your neighbourhood, get an update on a case you've already raised, or find out more about the support and advice available to you.
If you're unsure whether something should be reported, we're happy to talk it through with you and help you understand the next steps. Together, we'll look at the options available and work towards the best possible outcome for you and your community.
Nic Recine, ASB Specialist Team Leader, said:
"We know the impact anti-social behaviour can have on you, your home and your quality of life. These new drop-in sessions are another way for customers to speak to us directly, raise concerns and get advice about what's happening in their community."
"The sessions provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk to our team. We'll listen to your concerns, explain the options available and work with you to find the best way forward."
"We're committed to making it easier for you to access support and report issues. We look forward to meeting customers face to face, but if you can't attend a drop-in session, you can still contact us using our usual reporting channels."
