Head of Customer and Neighbourhoods Giles tells all about September roadshow events.
This September staff from across Staffs Housing and the wider Honeycomb Group, came to visit you in your customer hubs and communities to give speak to you about our new neighbourhood patches and how you can get involved.
It was also a great opportunity for me to meet you, and vice-versa!
The event was such a lovely introduction to Staffs Housing and Honeycomb Group, having only starting my role as Head of Customer and Neighbourhoods in August.
We visited West End Village, Bradeley Village, Rowan Village, Alhambra Court, Ellgreave Court, and Oliver Lodge.
I had such a great time, and it was so lovely to meet so many of you amazing customers and hear your thoughts and feedback about what you’d like to see happen in your neighbourhoods.
It was also great to see our new customer hubs and neighbourhoods in action and hear your feedback around how you think the new model is working.
Events like this are so important for us, so thank you to everyone who came out to speak to us.
Our every customer counts initiative is seeking to make sure your voice is heard, and can influence our homes and services.
We had some lovely feedback about the events: “The roadshow is a great idea. It shows me that Staffs Housing cares about me, my home, and that they’re interested in how I can improve my home and experience.”
I’m really pleased to hear that you found the events useful. The team and I are now working hard behind the scenes to respond to any personal feedback and address key areas you raised with us too.
We’ll be sharing more about how your feedback will be used in the coming months.
After the success of these events, we’re also keen to continue the initiative with another roadshow event later this year. So, watch this space!
