At Staffs Housing, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all the customers who came out to see us during our recent festive scheme walkabouts. It was a pleasure to spend time with you, check in, and share some seasonal cheer across our neighbourhoods.
This month’s walkabouts took place across Burslem, Kidsgrove and Cheadle, and were made extra special thanks to the support of one of our contractors, JWI Building Solutions Ltd. Their generosity helped us provide Christmas essential packs, chocolate treats, and children’s activity packs – small gestures that we hope brought a smile and a little extra warmth during the festive period.
Neighbourhood and Property Teams had a great couple of days meeting customers, listening to feedback, and delivering these festive packs as part of our Christmas scheme walkabouts. Moments like these are a great reminder of how important it is to stay connected and continue building strong, supportive communities together.
We’re also grateful to work alongside local partners who share our commitment to supporting customers and making a positive difference in our neighbourhoods.
