Ensuring our homes are suitable for you and your pet

Not all homes are suitable for pets, which is why our Neighbourhood Teams carefully assess each property to ensure it’s a perfect fit for you and your furry friends. If you have an assistance animal, we’re happy to review your situation as part of the application process. Simply disclose this on your application form and provide detailed information, including any relevant medical documentation, to help us assess your needs.
