To ensure the home is a good match for you and to support a balanced community, we'll be carrying out pre-tenancy interviews with all applicants.

This home has grab rails, so we'll be giving priority to someone with medical needs who would really benefit from it. If that's you, please let us know in your application so we can take it into account.

If you move into a home with more bedrooms than people living there, you will need to pay a bit extra (called the Bedroom Tax), and this may not be covered by any benefits or income support you receive.

Not all homes are suitable for pets, which is why our Neighbourhood Teams carefully assess each property to ensure it’s a perfect fit for you and your furry friends. If you have an assistance animal, we’re happy to review your situation as part of the application process. Simply disclose this on your application form and provide detailed information, including any relevant medical documentation, to help us assess your needs.
