This home has been adapted with a wetroom, and is located on the ground floor. Therefore, priority will be given to applicants who have a medical need for either ground floor living or a wetroom.

If you have an assistance animal, we’re happy to review your situation as part of the application process. Simply disclose this on your application form and provide detailed information, including any relevant medical documentation, to help us assess your needs.
