We believe that everyone should have access to a home no matter their circumstances. We'll need to look for a particular household type (a single person or couple over 40 without children living with them - pets to be considered - and who is able to manage the stairs) to meet our local lettings policy or to balance our community.

Please be aware there are no lifts at this property. As it is a first floor flat, we will accept applicants over 40, but priority will be given to those over 55 first.

Not all homes are suitable for pets, which is why our Neighbourhood Teams carefully assess each property to ensure it’s a perfect fit for you and your furry friends. If you have an assistance animal, we’re happy to review your situation as part of the application process. Simply disclose this on your application form and provide detailed information, including any relevant medical documentation, to help us assess your needs.
