Other ways to pay

Standing order
You can set up a standing order with your bank or building society to pay your rent directly to us.  You will need to quote your tenancy reference so the payments are credited to your account.

At our office
You can pay your rent by cash, cheque or debit or credit card at our office from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.

Please make cheques payable to Staffordshire Housing Association Limited. Don’t forget to write your name and the address of the property the rent is for on the back of the cheque – if you don’t, we won’t know that you’ve paid.
