Village living

Homes for over 50s

We have three 55+ villages in Stoke-on-Trent: Bradeley, Rowan and West End, as well as properties specifically for over those over 50.

Village Living

Villages offer independent living, a vibrant communal life, and the peace of mind for you and your family that goes with being in a secure environment with plenty of potential new friends.

You can be as private as you like in your own apartment with your own front door, while in the village there are communal facilities and social opportunities you can take up if you choose to. How much or how little you get involved in village life is entirely up to you.

Villages are fantastic places to live. But don’t just take our word for it – find out more and see this way of living for yourself.
