Our latest developments
We're Staffs-born and Staffs-proud, so we know the area like the back of our hands. That's why we're taking unwanted areas of land and developing new homes, to make the surrounding area even greater.

We’re proudly building 18 two bed extra care apartments on the former Station Hotel Public House in Meir.
The apartments are in an annex just across the road from Rowan Village, which offers independent living for over 55s.

We finished another of our latest developments in February 2020 at the former Swallows Nest pub in Newstead, Blurton. We built 8 two-bed bungalows available to rent as well as 2 three-bed homes which will be used by the Donna Louise Trust only. View some of the photos from the development below.

We finished another of our latest developments in early 2020. Helping 20 families to launch their property journey with a mix of two-bed and three-bed homes.

We’re excited to announce that we’re building a mix of 1-bed flats and 2 and 3-bed affordable homes to rent on the former Goldenhill Working Men’s Club.
The 30 new flats and homes will be built in two phases, completed by 20 June 2022.

We’re excited to announce that we’re building a small development made up of 5 three bed homes on the former Old Wagon and Horses pub on Dividy Road.
These properties will be let by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, so get in touch with them to join the waiting list.
