Our Property and Neighbourhood teams will be out and about in your community as part of our Scheme Walkabouts. That means we’ll be taking a stroll around your scheme, checking communal areas, making sure everything looks as it should, and most importantly, stopping to have a chat with you.
Got a question? A suggestion? Something you think we could improve? Or just want to say hello? This is your chance.
These visits are all about you and your community. We want to hear what’s working well, what could be better, and what matters most to you. Your feedback helps us shape our services and make sure we’re creating happy homes and neighbourhoods that everyone can be proud of.
So if you see us around, don’t be shy, come out and say hi! We promise we don’t bite (and we’re always happy to talk).
