Throughout April and May, we’ll be carrying out property surveys in over 800 homes. This vital work will help us better understand the condition of our properties, so we can plan smarter, target our investment, and ensure our homes stay up to standard for years to come.

Our Repairs Focus Group has played a key role in shaping this programme. The group is made up of customers who have their say on all things repairs and maintenance—and who help us scrutinise the service to improve it for everyone.
They’ve worked closely with Neil Riley (Contracts Manager) and Steve Wright (Property Surveyor) from our Property Team to keep residents informed, share feedback, and ensure the work stays focused on what matters most to you.

If your home is due to be surveyed, we’ll be in touch with plenty of notice. You’ll get full details of the visit, including when it will take place, who will be attending, and how we’ll keep the process as smooth and respectful as possible.
