This month, our teams have been out and about across Stone, Hilderstone, Normacot, Goldenhill, Tunstall, and Dresden for a special set of scheme walkabouts with a spooky twist!
We know how expensive half-term and Halloween can be, so this time we wanted to make things a little easier, and a lot more fun. Thanks to a generous donation from our repair contractor LC Construction, our team handed out pumpkins to carve, sweets, trick-or-treat buckets, spooky toys, fun decorations, and more to help families get into the Halloween spirit.
Our Neighbourhood, Property, Gardening, and Communications teams joined forces for these walkabouts. Together, they:
• Spoke to residents about their homes and local areas
• Picked up and reported repair issues quickly
• Supported with parking and anti-social behaviour concerns
• Shared ideas to help make each community a great place to live
These visits are all about listening, supporting, and acting, making sure our customers feel proud of where they live.
