Meet Jayne – your new Customer Voice Specialist

At Honeycomb Group, everything we do is shaped by the people we serve – our customers. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Jayne Tilolo as our new Customer Voice Specialist – a role dedicated to ensuring your voice is truly heard across the Group.

Jayne isn’t new to Honeycomb Group, or to the incredible communities we work with. With extensive experience support customers in her previous role as Supported Housing Coordinator, Jayne brings a wealth of knowledge and a real understanding of the challenges, needs, and aspirations of our tenants and customers.

In this role, Jayne will be making sure that customer feedback – your ideas, experiences, compliments, and complaints – helps shape everything we plan, deliver, and improve. Whether it’s developing new services, improving existing ones, or influencing Group policies, your voice will be at the heart of every decision.

What this will mean in practice is that Jayne will be developing new ways to listen to your feedback, ensuring everyone has a chance to get involved in a way that works for them. Organising focus groups, surveys, and listening events. Using your feedback to map the customer journey and improve the moments that matter most. Reporting trends directly to our leadership team to make sure we act on what you tell us. Ensuring our services meet (and exceed) industry standards for customer engagement.

Jayne’s excited for her new role and says: “I’ve worked alongside our customers for many years, and I’ve seen first-hand the impact that listening – and really listening – can have.

“I’m passionate about making sure every customer feels heard, valued, and able to shape the services they rely on. This is all about turning your voice into action, and I can’t wait to get stuck in!”

Jayne’s priority is simple – making sure you influence how Honeycomb Group operates and grows. Because when your voice is heard, we all thrive.
