This month our Neighbourhood and ASB Teams have joined forces with Staffordshire Police to give customers more opportunities to talk about their homes, neighbourhoods, and any concerns you may have.
We held an ASB drop-in session at Ruxley Court alongside PCSOs from Staffordshire Police, with their mobile policing unit.
Our teams were there to listen to customers, answer any questions and offer support with concerns relating to ASB, your tenancy or neighbourhood.
Working together for you
We want homes and neighbourhoods to be safe places where you feel proud to live.
Working closely with Staffordshire Police helps us take a joined-up approach to concerns in your communities. By sharing information and understanding what's happening locally, we can help make sure that the right support and action is put in place.
One of the PCSOs attending the session explained that events like this give us an opportunity to be proactive and address concerns before they develop into bigger issues.
Listening to customers
It was great to hear from you during the day. One of our customers shared that things at the scheme were good, and that they felt confident of where to go if ever there were any issues.
We'll continue working with you, Staffordshire Police, and other partners to help keep our communities safe and making sure you know where to turn when you need support.
If you're experiencing ASB in your neighbourhood, please report it to us so we can understand what's happening and help you access the right support.
