We’ll be visiting your schemes and homes throughout the year, and we’d love to have a real conversation about something that matters – your experience of us as your landlord.
This is your chance to tell us exactly what you think.
We call them Tenant Satisfaction Surveys, but really, they’re much more than that. They’re your opportunity to speak openly about:
• What we’re doing well
• What could be better
• What changes you’d like to see in your community
Every comment, suggestion, and idea helps shape the services we provide to you and your neighbourhood.

Why it matters
Tenant Satisfaction Surveys are just one of the ways we listen to what you have to say, and make improvements to our homes and services to ensure we provide you with a positive experience and a quality, affordable home you can be proud to live in.
But your feedback doesn’t just stay with us; it plays a bigger role. We have to report our performance to the regulator, showing how well we’re delivering as a social housing landlord. These results are published publicly, meaning your voice directly contributes to how we’re seen and how we improve.
You might have seen updates in Be Mag, and we also share updates on our website about our performance too, but nothing beats hearing directly from you, face to face.
