Say hello to a new chapter for affordable housing – say hello to Staffs Housing

After 12 months of asking lots of questions to our customers, partners and staff we are making a change.

Working alongside an external agency, we found that our Staffs Housing name was valued, respected and recognised. We just needed to freshen it up by dropping the word ‘association’ and officially calling ourselves Staffs Housing.

So welcome to Staffs Housing.

Our purpose is quality affordable homes, built around you and breaking down the social and financial barriers that keep people for a good home they are proud of.

We promise that:

We also found that our Group model was confusing and that customers, partners and staff struggled to explain what all of our brands collectively did.

Honeycomb Group is our new group brand that, as well as Staffs Housing, includes home improvement agency, Revival, domestic abuse charity, Glow and homelessness charity, Concrete.

The changes we have made means we are clearer about all of the things that we do, what we stand for and the promises we make to our customers.
