Why get involved?

Getting involved can be a rewarding experience. You get to influence the way we work, and the satisfaction of knowing that your opinion has made a difference to the services you and other residents receive.

We are always looking at ways to improve, and many of the improvements we make are because customers have asked for them.

For instance:

  • New residents get better decorated and more well appointed homes to move into because existing customers helped set our empty homes standard.
  • More customers than ever get their enquiry solved by the first member of staff they speak to, because customers told us that was most important to them.
  • Customers reviewed our anti-social behaviour response service and gave us recommendations for change which have made a big difference to the way we keep people informed.

These are just a few examples of the differences customer involvement has made. Get involved yourself and help us get even better at what we do.

We’re a member of TPAS

TPAS is a not-for-profit organisation that works to improve how housing associations engage with tenants. They do this by providing a wide range of services, independent and impartial advice, support, consultancy, and training.
