It's well established and benefits from many social activities, and communal facilities including a bistro, bar, shop, hair salon, launderette, bookable guest rooms, communal gardens, and parking. For your peace of mind there's also 24-hour security, staff on site, and there is also an emergency alarm service fitted throughout. 

You get all of this as well as your own apartment to retire to. Inside this one bed apartment, you will find a hallway, living room, kitchen, bedroom and a modern wetroom. 

When you want to venture outside of the village, the local community has plenty on offer too. Being close to Smallthorne, you'll be able to access shops, a post box and a doctor's surgery. While also having great transport links to connect you to the rest of the city with a bus stop right on your doorstep.

How do I apply?

Check your household matches our criteria. You might need to be a specific age, have a local connection or household type to rent some of our homes.
Click apply, making sure you answer all the questions and attach your ID. We can't process uncompleted applications or Rightmove enquiries so this is really important.

What happens next?

We let our homes on a first come first served basis. If you're the first person to apply for a home and meet the home criteria we will be in touch to arrange a viewing.
If you applied but didn't meet the home criteria or weren’t the first to apply and meet the criteria we regret that we won’t be able to invite you to view the home. With the current volume of applications we won’t be able to notify those who aren’t successful but welcome you to apply for another home with us in the future. After the viewing we will offer the home to the person who applied first, if they decide not to accept, it will be offered to the second and then third person to apply.
