We are a Registered Social Landlord, owning and managing around 2,800 homes.

Tenant services include maintenance, tenancy support, estate management, gardening, customer involvement, income management, money advice and benefits assessments.

Other services include regeneration, supported housing, older people's villages, key worker homes, management for others and a home improvement agency.  We also have a subsidiary organisation, Blue Mountain Housing Association, which manages homes and provides support for refugees and BME communities.
