If you are new to paying your rent online, you will need to register with allpayments.net and set up an account.

Registration and account set up does take a few minutes, but you only need to do it once. After that, all you will need to pay your rent online are:

• Your swipe card or your tenancy reference number (this can be found on your quarterly rent statement).
• Your credit or debit card.
