Our Performance

In our last STATUS survey, 89% of customers were satisfied or very satisfied with SHA as a landlord.

In October 2008 we were delighted to be awarded 2 star status with promising prospects for improvement by the Audit Commission.

We were assessed as having high customer satisfaction and generally high levels of performance, strong financial management and a focus on partnerships.

We continue to work on our areas for improvement and have seen very encouraging results in areas like aids and adaptations, customer involvement and service-specific standards.
