Chief Executive
Diane has worked in the housing sector for 23 years.  She has worked in housing management, development and corporate roles, with 14 years at senior level.  Diane is Chair of the NASHF (North Area Social Housing Forum).

Tim Sheail
Housing Services Director
Tim joined us in January 2007 having previously been Head of Housing Services at Midland Heart.

Barry Pitts
Business Development Director
Barry has worked in both public and private sector housing since 1988.  He has been a Director of Housing, and was also Director of Community Services, our Home Improvement Agency, for several years.

Frank Hammond (ACA)
Resources Director
Frank has worked in housing since 1985.  As Resources Director, he oversees our finance, policy and performance, ICT and human resources functions.
