We are a strategic partner of RENEW North Staffordshire, the housing market renewal agency.

We are the lead housing association in the Stoke town Area of Major Intervention, working in partnership with communities, the private sector, other agencies and Stoke on Trent City Council to provide sustainable regeneration.

April 2009: We have commissioned local artist Rob Pointon to produce a sculpture for the former pet shop site on the corner of Barthomley Road in Birches Head.  Landscaping around the sculpture will be completed by PM Training.
