Our regeneration team works with communities to improve and maintain neighbourhoods. Working alongside strategic partners we carry out development works and environmental improvements, and we support communities to maintain social relationships, motivate and educate young people, and reduce anti-social behaviour.

Fegg Hayes and Chell Heath, Stoke on Trent
We are working in partnership with Stoke on Trent City Council and other agencies to regenerate the former mining village of Fegg Hayes.Works so far include:
- community consultation
- clearance
- refurbishments
- environmental improvements
- resident capacity building
- social activities
- educational opportunities
Stoke Town
As well as developing a new build extra care scheme and new office for the Staffordshire Housing Group in Stoke town, we have carried out environmental improvements like boundary wall schemes and a community garden, working with local residents to improve their local facilities.
