If you or someone you know can’t leave hospital because of an unsuitable home, we can help.
Our handyperson service can move beds downstairs, fit grab rails and key safes, and carry out other jobs to enable you to return to your home and help prevent readmission to hospital.
We also carry out a home safety check, falls prevention assessment and fire risk check.
