We assess what works are needed, get quotes from reputable contractors, hire the best contractor for the job, oversee the works and inspect them when the job is finished. And we don’t authorise payment to the contractor until you are 100% satisfied with the work.

Works can be large or small.

We may charge you a project management fee – but if this is the case we will explain this to you at the start and put you under no obligation to go ahead if you don’t want to.
