Working with the Homes and Communities Agency and our local authority and private and public sector partners, we build, remodel and refurbish new homes, existing structures and historic listed buildings.

Right now we are on site with:

• 12 x 2 bed new build ‘extra care’ apartments – and annexe to West End Village in Stoke.
• 28 new build family houses in Stoke in partnership with Keepmoat. When complete, 10 of these will be for rent by Staffordshire Housing, and the other 18 will be sold by Keepmoat.
• 17 x 2 bed new build bungalows at Warren Road on behalf of Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Due for completion February 2012.
• 4 x 3 bed new build family houses on a former car park site in Chesterton, Newcastle under Lyme. Due for completion March 2012.
• Remodelling an existing shared bungalow into independent living accommodation with staff offices at Rough Close, Meir Heath.
