Executive team

	Diane Lea – Chief Executive Diane has worked in the housing sector for 23 years. She has worked in housing management, development and corporate roles, with 14 years at senior level.
	Tim Sheail – Housing Services Director Before joining Staffordshire Housing in 2007, Tim was Head of Housing Services at Midland Heart.
	Barry Pitts – Business Development Director Barry has worked in both public and private sector housing since 1988. He has been a Director of Housing, and was also Director of our home improvement agency for several years.
	Frank Hammond – Resources Director Frank has worked in housing since 1985. As Resources Director, he oversees our finance, policy and performance, ICT and human resources functions.
